No matter which service you choose, every review is built around education, practical guidance, and actionable next steps.
Every review includes:
Feedback about what is already working well
Clear explanations of what may affect your attendees and why it matters
Practical recommendations prioritized by importance

A Review Summary and Findings report, including screenshots and/or video highlighting the findings
Supportive, judgment-free feedback that respects the work you have already done

Individual Digital Material Review
Receive focused feedback on one digital material, such as an email, landing page, registration page, social media post, promotional graphic, presentation, workbook, handout, video, or survey.
This review is a good fit when you want an independent second set of eyes on one specific item. You will learn what is working well, what may affect the people using it, and which changes should be addressed first.

Single-Event Experience Review
Receive a coordinated review of multiple digital materials created for one specific event and used throughout its attendee journey.
Depending on the level you select, your review may include materials used for promotion, registration, confirmation and reminders, the live event, and post-event follow-up. Reviewing the materials together can reveal inconsistencies, missing information, and points of confusion that may not be noticeable when each item is reviewed separately.
Three review levels are available based on the number of materials and how much of the attendee journey you want reviewed:
Foundational: Up to 5 digital materials
Enhanced: Up to 8 digital materials
Signature: Up to 15 digital materials
In addition to the Review Summary and Findings Report you receive for each digital material, you’ll receive a strategy session to discuss completed reviews, answer questions, and plan for upcoming projects.
